Points to consider
Titan High Tensile wire fence for Wild Boar
Height of Fence
Wild boar can jump around 1m (3ft) and climb over fences of 1.5m (5ft) so a minimum height fence of 120cm should be used.
Spacings between the vertical
Generally vertical wire spacings of 15cm would be more than adequate but in areas where more intense animal pressure is anticipated a 7.5cm fence can be used to give additional strength and also exclude piglets.
Buried
Tornado recommend that wild boar fence is buried under the ground to a depth of 300mm. This prevents the animals from digging under the fence.
